9. What was your favorite toy? Mom's old record player, and all her old 45's. I loved listening to them. I once caught a kid scratching one of my favourite records, and I nearly tore him a new hole somewhere. LOL Hey, it's not like you could just go to the store and get a new one....

10. Did you have a Pogo Ball? no

11. Did you listen to New Kids on the Block? Listened to see how I liked them since they were all the rage in school, but soon figured out that my mother's old records were a million times better.

12. What New Kid did you have a crush on? I didn't have a crush on any of them, but all the girls in my class had a crush on Jordan.

13. Did you play M.A.S.H? all the time!

14. Did you watch The Care Bears? No

15. Did you have Jelly bracelets? tons!

19. The Breakfast Club or Sixteen Candles? You kidding? Mom thought those movies were "totally unsuitable for children" and my sister (born 1978) didn't even see them!!

In 1997 when I was 15, those, and a few other shows were STILL off limits, but it turns out they were a part of the English media curriculum for my school and a documentary I wasn't allowed to watch called Love In The Ancient World was a part of my Ancient History class. Did I mention this was a CATHOLIC SCHOOL? Mom would forbid me to watch something, and I'd say "tough crap. I'll just watch it in class tomorrow" Soon after that she stopped forbidding TV programs. LOL

20. Did you have a crazy hair style? No

21. What was your first bike? My only bike was my sister's old one. However, my balance wasn't good enough to ride it without the trainiing wheels, so Mom sold it to one of the neighbours when I got too big for it. Really! I would have loved an adult-sized three-wheeler.

22. Name one thing you still own from your childhood? My mother's old records now live at my place.

23. Did you have a Cabbage Patch Kid? Yup! She had bright RED hair. I won her in a colouring contest. My sister won one too. I think hers had maroon or brown hair. I was the red one and grabbed it up right away.

24. Did you dress like Madonna? Are you out of your mind? My parents would have wopped my arse if I tried to do that.

25. Rainbow Brite or Strawberry Shortcake? Strawberry Shortcake

26. Did you watch Miami Vice? No

27. Did you own a pair of Jelly Shoes? My sister's old pair when she grew out of them.

28. Did you own a Trapper Keeper? Don't even know what the heck that is!

33. What movie scared you the most? I wasn't allowed to watch scary movies.

34. Did you try to dance like Michael Jackson? Again, my parents would have clobbered me for that.
