Exercise is SO important, even if you're tired - it can really perk you up! Social interaction is important as well, you have to have "grown-up" time!
As a stay at home mom, I don't often get the time for myself! It's hard to be a woman! :)
Besides, there's nothing wrong with my mood or attitude, lol.
2 - She recommends Exercise or Yoga, Social interaction (girls night out) and taking a SAM-e supplement.
As a side note, I saw the commercial for these with the three sisters and thought this was something I really wanted to try, I never thought about how stress could really be affecting the relationship with my friends and family. I can't wait to hear the reviews!
In the video it says that exercise is a great way to help with this, and my daughter and I have been talking about taking walks everyday and I know that I really need to do this and not just talk about it.
The video talks about connecting more with friends, and I do try to do this and I know that I need to do it more.
The main point of the video is pretty much "taking time for yourself." I need to do this without feeling guilty. It says that Sam-e can help with replacing things you need in your body and I think that I would really like to give it a try.
She recommends yoga which I have never tried.
Thanks for considering me.
Gave you a 10.
To relieve stress, I do some Tae Bo or Turbo Jam Exercising, or I watch a nice romantic comedy, or even just lay down and watch one of my favorite shows. I also love to take walks when the weather is nice.

I'd like to try the product. Haven't been on antidepressants for some time and it seems evident that they're still needed. Or, something is needed, anyway.
I need this product. Am so irritable.
On the weekend, my friend and I meet at the local country bar and line dance for a few hours. It's great fun, even though we are both really bad at it:)

I take a multivitamin. I'd be interested to see if Sam-E does more. I get stressed if I have too much to do and not enough time to do it. Seems like every weekend that's the case. If Sam-E could take care of that, I sure will give it a great review! :-)

She recommends exercising even if it's just a quick walk around the block, socializing - getting out with your friends, for some people yoga is a good idea. Also taking the Sam-E because it is naturally found in your body, but decreases with age.
She does also recommend that we be sure to excercise regularly, take time for ourselves, eat right and take supplements such as Sam-E in order to better handle the stress in our lives.
I don't deal with stress very well. I let it build up until I feel like I'll explode. I try to read to relax and go to bed earlier when I am feeling especially stressed. I would love to try this and review it.
In nice weather I do gardening to relieve stress. I also try to get 8 hours of sleep each night and little things like close my eyes and listen to music or even pet the dog to alleviate stress.
* What does she recommend for handling stress?
She recommends exercise, friends, and supplementation with Sam-E.
I balance stress by doing Pilates or Kickboxing. The Pilates is when I need a little pick-me-up, and the Kickboxing is when I need picked up and need to work off a little aggression at the same time.
I am pregnant and exhausted most of the time, I am trying very hard to manage the stress of morning sickness along with caring for a toddler and helping my husband prepare for work and school. In the past reading, writing and surfing the internet were ways for me to relax and de-stress, but recently I've found that those ways are not as comforting. I am anxious for the warmer weather when I can finally get outside with my son to play in the yard and take walks to get some fresh air and move around.
