T-Mobile goes above and beyond

My husband and I have had T-Mobile for almost 8 years now, it will be 8 years mid-April.  It was a month after our first child was born, Chandler, that we went and bought me a cell phone.  We thought it would be best with a new baby that we had a phone in case of car troubles and other emergencies that might arise while we were not at home.

My husband did a lot of research before we decided to go with T-Mobile.  He actually has AT&T cell service through his work.  He found that T-Mobile had the best overall prices, coverage, plans and features for what we needed.

We ended up getting my husband a new cell phone as well, on the same plan.  Even though he had a cell phone that his work provided.  This was we could call and talk to each other as often and for as long as we needed to since mobile to mobile is FREE as long as they are T-Mobile customers.

My sister and her husband also have T-Mobile, we can talk to each other as often as we want to and it doesn't take away from our minutes.  Which is a huge bonus for us, we are very close but she lives in New Mexico and I live in Idaho.  We talk to each other several times a day, so this plan is perfect for us.  We don't have to watch our minutes or worry about how long we talk to each other.

Of course there have been times in which we needed to call T-Mobile customer service, we simply dial 411 on our cell phone and we are connected.  We have always been helped in a timely manner, the longest we have even been on hold was about 5 minutes.  We can contact a live person 7 days a week, 24 hours a day which in this day and age is a huge bonus.  When I need help, I don't want to talk to a recording.

T-Mobile also offers it's customers some great upgrade opportunites, that's when we always upgrade our phones to something new, fun and different.  Our last upgrade was for the Blackberry Curve and we love it!

I honestly feel that T-Mobile has a plan that will work for anyone, no matter what their specifc needs.  Big or small, they will have a plan and a price that works for you and your budget.

In our 8 years as T-Mobile customers we have never had any major issues, problems or concerns.  We have had nothing but a pleasant experience all around.  Personally, we give them 5 out of 5 stars (★★★★★) for their service, coverage, prices and customer support.  T-Mobile is definately one of our "MyFaves!"
