What is your typical Sunday like?

Ok, so I'm sitting here taking a break from laundry & cleaning and wondered "What is everybody else doing today?"  My Sundays usually start off with going to church, coming home and tearing into cleaning the house and working on laundry.  I've also got dinner in the oven (pork roast & sauerkraut..yummmm) to finish.  Then I'm going to get things ready to start a new week, take a shower and sit down to enjoy the Amazing Race & the Apprentice!  Great night for Reality TV!!

I usually sleep in late. Later this morning since we lost an hour. I have a leisurely kind of day. A long soaking bath and then brunch. Then I get on the computer, check out Gather, and work on writing my latest novel for a few hours. Around three or so i have a snack, write some more if I am still inspired, or check out my favorite websites. Somewhere between five and seven I have supper. Usually pizza and then I watch whatever looks good on TV. Usually a movie.

Sunday is usually our relaxing day at home. Today - in the rain - we had to put up a fence so our dog could come home from doggie jail! We usually end our night with the amazing race as well!

Sunday is usually the only day of the week I get to sleep in & NOT have to go to work! I like to sleep as late as possible (usually only about 8am, lol) & then go through my newspaper, sit on the couch with the dog, go for a run... basically, I love having an unstructured day!

After the snow and ice we had last Monday, we now have temps near 80 so I took advantage of this and took a 3 mile walk along the river.

Sundays are usually our lazy day, we watch movies, eat a bigger meal like roast or something, go for a walk, etc..

I generally save my Sundays for being super lazy! Straightening up the house...preparing for the week...and staying comfy cozy in bed!

Oh, darn-just now realized I forgot to get my newspapers today! Sorry for getting off the subject. I got up , cleaned house a little, put a roast in the crockpot, went to work, recorded Amazing Race so I could watch it while I ate , did dishes, and and now doing my "relaxation therapy" Gathering! Hope every one had a good day!

Most of my Sundays, for the last month and a half, have been spent putting my Word Scramble Contest together and then posting it. Until this past Sunday, I have been monitoring the games each Sunday. That keeps me pretty tied up. Hopefully, with the new game format it will free up some time for me.

I start with getting dinner in the oven and then I go to church. It is ready when I get back so after lunch we read a book together or make puzzles. We visit our in-laws or other members of our family or stay home and take it easy. No laundry or cleaning on Sunday for me... that get done on Saturday. I love my Sundays, but usually don't watch TV either.
