"Always" has had it's meaning changed. It now means, " Probably", "As long as", "If", and "no changes allowed, of any kind, unless "I" make them... :) The days of "thru thick and thin" belong to the ages. Shame, always is really not that long of a time, and for certain not enough time to really become bored....Great thoughts John.. Ellen B

i still believe in always. When I said always 40 years ago to my husband I meant in all ways.

Always can be a word filled with hope or despair. Always can be heaven in a wonderful relationship and something else entirely if the situation is one in which misery thrives.

well done john....this didnt use to be true...my hubby and i have been married almost 26 years and there have been alot of ups and downs..but i couldnt imagine doing the journey with anyone else...
