4 lbs. country-style spareribs
Sauce:
2-4 1/2oz.jars baby peaches
1/3 C. catsup
1/2 C. vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
1/2 C. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
9x13" or larger pan 350 degrees 1 1/2 -2 hours
Rub spareribs with salt and pepper. Place in shallow baking dish (roasting pan).
Place pices side by side. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Spoon off any fat.
Pour sauce over ribs. Reduce heat. Continue baking at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 -2 hours
or until done. Baste occasionally. Serves 6-8
