1 C. (16 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce
3 T. lemon juice
1 C. heavy cream, whipped
1/4 C. mayonnaise
1/4 C. confectioners' sugar
1 C. chopped walnuts
Crush sauce with a fork. Add lemon juice. Combine remaining ingredients and put on
top of sauce. Freeze firm. Remove a bit before serving so it is not hard, but do not let
melt. Serves 6
May be put into individual paper cups before freezing, if desired.
