From January 30th, 2007 until February 5th, 2009, I was one of the Gather Essentials Food Correspondents. My articles were published under the 'TROPICAL TASTE' heading as that is the name of my cookbook. I am hoping to eventually update my cookbook and to include the articles I shared with my Gather friends.

I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Gather for selecting me as one of the food correspondents and you, my friends, who read, commented and encouraged me. It was a lot of fun!

It was my first glimpse into connecting with other foodies, and reading their posts - and I will miss that connection. I needed to catalog all my articles in categories (again - so decided to take the bull by the horns and get with it.
