Disovle 1 pkg of dry yeast in
1 cup of warm water
add 1 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of salt
let sit for 5 minutes ( mix should be "foamy")
* optional* mix in 1 egg IF you like really thick pizza
add 1 TBS of olive oil
slowly mix in 3 to 3 1/2 Cups of flour - to texture not too doughy not too dry
knead well and let sit for 5 minutes
oil pan ( you can pepper the oil or use other seasonings if you like)
spread dough gently into flat pan - one with no or low sides -(square or round - your preference)
top with your choice of sauce and seasonings
mozzerella cheese and I like to add grated parm. (it also is great if you get the parm and other seasonings on the crust for a nice flavored crust)
then top as desired or leave plain
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes
let cool to a non mouth melting temp. and enjoy!
