Did you see The Bachelor Finale last night? Wow! What a shocker!

ABC's promos for a "shocking" finale really delivered. The Bachelor's Jason Mesnick dumped Melissa, who he had proposed to in the final rose ceremony and began dating Molly, the runner-up, and the girl he dumped in the actual finale. Now this is good TV!

There have been rumors about The Bachelor Finale. Some say the whole bait and switch thing was carefully planned out by The Bachelor producers months ago. The producers allegedly went to Jason and asked him to choose Melissa despite his obvious connection with Molly. They allegedly thought it would be great TV to incorporate a twist on The Bachelor Finale. Talk about the most shocking rose ceremony ever! And again, if the speculation is true, Jason went along with it. If you believe the rumors, you can only hope the women were in on the twist.

Recapping now; in The Bachelor Finale, Jason Mesnick proposed to 25-year-old Melissa Rycroft in the final rose ceremony even though he was conflicted over who to choose throughout the episode. However, Jason seemed truly elated when Melissa accepted the final rose, and a big, huge diamond ring. Yes folks, he proposed.. Then, Jason, Melissa and Jason' 4-year-old son, Ty, celebrated the engagement by jumping into the pool at the mansion where he was staying.

After the finale aired, the show's "After The Final Rose" episode aired. This is where Jason admitted "things have changed" with Melissa in the six weeks since the rose ceremony was taped and he hasn't been able to get Molly out of his head. Jason broke up with Melissa on national television, and revealed his true feelings to Molly. Molly, who said she is still in love with Jason, decided to give him another shot.

So, in The Bachelor Finale - Jason proposed to Melissa. But in the "After The Final Rose" episode, he dumped her and asked Molly to take him back. Molly agreed.
