So I went to bed almost a hour ago, and I tried to go to sleep but yet I couldn't. Cause of the fact all I did was toss and turn and it was really rather annoying...I know that I should have forced myself to sleep more but I just couldn't lay there any longer and on top of that Robbie did the same thing, He would toss and I would too it was because we really are not all that tired!

Anyways.So I am pretty stoked about having her come over to the house and helping me get rid of things. Cause I know that Robbie and I would never get rid of anything we are I guess you would call us pack rats ROFL.

I have to take Excedrin pm pills to fall asleep, because I do the same as you,toss and turn.

I don't take meds tho Claudia cause I am leary of a lot of things that is out there on the market..I am one who sticks it out till I can't stick it out no longer cause I have so many fears and such! So I just refuse. Thank you for the advice I really apericate it.

I can never sleep. I often have to take a Tylenol PM just to help shut off my brain and help me get some shut-eye.
