I awoke to rain and hail this morning at about 5:40 am. After breakfast and much needed coffee. I wondered out to fill the bird feeders and check on my gardens growth, or lack of.
My little Snow Drops were starting to open.

There is just something so beautiful about rain drops on flowers.

Some thing else has pushed it's way up through the earth.

My tulips sure have grown this month.

Just under these money plants empty seedpods there's a hyacinth emerging. It's a deep red color.

A small seedling braving the cold weather.

After 1 pm I went out again to find my Snow Drops had opened.

I don't get on my knees, I bend low like in a downward dog yoga pose to take these photos. Note my foot and pink shoelace in the background. It's okay my neighbors already know I'm nuts.

Beautiful !!!!
(and such nice photos, of course, as usual)
The budding garden after a good rain is always so beautiful. We are having what I believe will be our last wintry and snowy day as it is supposed to get up to the thirties tomorrow. On Wednesday, the low is predicted to be 35 degrees. So, spring is on the way. Your pictures remind me that the worst is almost over. Thanks for that.
These are wonderful and do give me hope. :-)
