WHY would I name a sammich after Bobby Appell? Cuz all he ever talks about is Spicy Brown mustard. I can't name a recipe with Heinz for him, since I rarely eat the junk.
Now if I could eat just plain old chicky.
deli pastrami, sliced
beer
sliced homemade rye bread
spicy brown mustard
thick sliced Swiss cheese
Onion Rings
In a large dry frying pan over high heat, add pastrami. Top with beer and cook mixture til alcohol cooks off. Drain pastrami well.
Load meat in sliced rye that has been spread generously with mustard. Top sammich with cheese and onions rings or serve onion rings alongside.

One of my favorites is put sliced turkey from the deli in a hot frying pan, add some diced green chili and squirt with water while it cooks up hot. With tongs, throw on a nice roll/bun with some jack or provolone cheese.... yum yum... ;-)
Too bad good Pastrami cost so much, love the stuff....
