sorry for the delay.  i was away this weekend and didnt have internet access.  my children and i threw the names of the month long winners in a box and a name has been chosen....

....congratulations to lance l!  he was february's winner!  catch the play by play here.

i will be contacting lance this evening for info on where he would like his prize sent.

John's guess is Max Baer, Jr. aka Jethro Bodine from the Beverly Hillbillies.

That only took 3 edits.
i always said john was the man! he's absolutely right! it's max baer jr, son of 1930s boxing champion, max baer sr. max jr is best known for his role as jethro bodine from "the beverly hillbillies". earl scruggs was the banjo player for the show's theme song, "the ballard of jed clampett". congrats!

Well, the photo kept making him say "I know that face" but then the thing about dressing up like his sister...well we went through so many shows...Laugh In, Hee Haw...and then all the sudden he said "Jethro" its "Jethro"....they still show the re-runs too. He's pretty good with recognizing old actors, I suck at it but he always knows.

Sad, but I used to think Jethro was kinda handsome....things change unfortunately. That photo makes him look kinda greasy and icky.
