Beads, beads, beads --- a beader is addicted to buying beads as quilters are to buying fabric. But the question is what to do with all those wonderful beads we buy!
Well THE LITTLE BOX OF BEADED NECKLACES AND EARRINGS provides that answer. There are 20 projects. Each is on a plasticized card so no worries about spilling your favorite drink on the instructions and ruining them.
On the front of each card has a full color photo of the finished item, the name given to the project, who the creator is and a paragraph overview about the project. On the back are the finished lengths, a materials list and the instructions. These are written in an easy to follow manner and just in case you don't know how to do a particular technique, the directions refer you to the "Basics" card.
This card explains what each tool or supply is, gives a chart of wire weights and the beads that are suitable for that wire and it shows how t do such things as making a plain loop, how to close a crimp bead or the right way to open and close a jump ring.
The projects range from single strands to triple stands for the necklaces, the earrings are all dangles of one length or another and plain to exotic is the look of the projects. All of the cards are contained in a sturdy box that has a magnetic closure. This is a great gift for your beading friends or a nice item to add to your own beading library.
