AN ambulanceman will face court after allegedly ignoring a dying man because his house was messy.
Karl Harris and a colleague were sent to aid ailing Barry Baker after he dialled 999 saying he was having a heart attack.
But it is claimed the ambulanceman decided not to attempt to resuscitate the 59-year-old because his house was in such a state.

What a terrible story. How could you just stand by and do nothing when someone is dying. It was his job to help the man and he didn't do it. I hope they throw him in jail.
