In an era of reduced consumer spending, it would seem obvious for businesses to be extra attentive to customer service and customer satisfaction. In my experience, that has simply not been the case.
Maybe I just patronize the wrong businesses.
So I ask you, have you had a disappointing experience recently with a business, product or service?

Tim - I don't know anything about custom photofinishing, but I get the impression that most americans have little interest in quality, and would gladly take crap if its cheap enough.
