Okay...I have finished all my videos for ChaCha. I will go back and look at them again to make sure I didn't miss anything. Now that has been said... I am now afraid to take the test! LOL They say it's 10 types of questions that you would get if you were a real paying ChaCha guide. But they stress to us that we get only ONE chance to pass the test, or we get their left foot of fellowship!!! LOL Never having another opportunity again to be a ChaCha guide.
Now during the training...they keep us relaxed, telling us not to worry if we get the quizzes wrong the first time. We can go back and take them again. But the final exam is so much different! They allow us to take breaks in between questions, which will help. At least this test is not a hectic timed test that the initial one was to get in.
However, I have a question for you ChaCha guides, or those who have taken this test. What's it like? Is it hard? I tried getting someone to respond to me in an email and she was great until I told her that I didn't sign up under her. I didn't know that I was suppose to? I feel bad about it. But she wasn't the one who informed me that there was an opening; another Gather member did. I just knew that she was a ChaCha guide...that's all. So in some ways...I guess it wasn't my fault. I don't know... I hope she isn't mad at me though...
Anyway...if any of you can give me some feedback, it would be greatly appreciated. I may wait until tomorrow to take the test and spend this evening just reviewing. There is no way this job will be great money. I mean you average anywhere from $3 to $9 an hour I am told. You have to like answer 40 questions an hour, which includes searching the Internet to be able to reach the $9 bucks an hour. I mean...one might have to take a few of those "Tasmanian Devil" pills or something, to be that quick! LOL All I am doing right now, is just looking for some extra cash to help me out until something breaks for me where a job is concerned.
I still shake my head, when I think about the fact that just a few short years ago, I was making anywhere from $40-$50 bucks an hour and now I am worrying about trying to get a job that may only pay me $3... So much for my college degree. I guess one needs a sense of humor if you want to get through life these days!!! Eh??? LOL

It's pretty easy, you just look for answers, and they don't have any "impossible-to-answer" questions! Don't worry, I'm sure you'll do just fine!!
(I'm a little confused though. I thought yesterday you said you were accepted already)
if you don't pass it (which you probably will) just take it again. What's the worse that could happen?
Go take it and see. If you pass it then celebrate!!! If you don't, retake it till you do!!
Simple. Feel better now? lol
I just took the final test, and I really wanted to give the best answers possible, so they're really precise, with good sources, I know, but it took me a long time!! I mean I got through a couple of them under five minutes, but one question I wanted to make sure I gave the RIGHT answer, so it took me ten minutes!!
Is that okay!?
I'm so nervousssssss I want to answer questions so bad....
I'm a college student at Wash U in St. Louis, and I just want something to do during my free time and I would love answering those questions.
Haha, I'm just ranting I guess, but I'm just so freaking nervous!
