Thanks, Marilyn. I'm managing, without drugs, to control my fibro with a combination of aerobic exercise (walking and bicycling), tai chi, and yoga. So far, so good.

I flipped through all of the slides. very informative and might explain many of the pains I have frequently. I certainly hope that it is not but I plan to discuss with my doctor this stuff at my next visit. Thanks for a great post

It wasn't too long ago that we never heard of these 'new' diseases. Fibromyalgia, ADD, MS -the list goes on and there are more cases of breast cancer since they started doing mammograms. Watch TV and see all the Rx drugs with horrible side effects.

I recommend doing a parasite cleanse to anyone suffering with fibromyalgia, just my 2 cents. There is even a thing called a zapper that works great.

I hate when friends have to go through such pain! I know I have arthritis and it can be a problem, I can't imagine going through the pain like fibro. My heart goes out to you and others who suffer from fibro.

Thank you, James' grandmother has this. What is so terrible though is there are some doctors don't even believe there is such thing as Fibromyalgia and that it's in their head.

Renee, you're quite right. And those doctors are only making it more difficult for their patients. I have Fibro, like Marilyn, but it doesn't hit men as often or as hard as it does women. My symptoms are nothing compared to Marilyn's. But some days it feels like I'm starting to catch up to her on that. :-) Yes, we have to laugh about it or it would drive us crazy. Thankfully we both have doctors that know that Fibro is real. That's making it easer on both of us.
