The infamous "a battered Rihanna" photo may be stirring questions with investigators.
Apparently, investigators are concerned that the woman may not be the reggae/pop sensation. A unique tattoo that the singer has on her neck is considerably blurred. Also, the picture looked to be taken from someone's cell phone. The image and background are grainy. In addition, the light of the woman's face is further obscuring her real identity.
At the moment, Chris Brown is with family in Tappanahock, Virginia. He has stayed quiet about the investigation since issuing an apology to his fans early last week. Rihanna has made two public appearances, including a red carpet showing for Giant Magazine.

Might be just me but, shouldn't he be apologising to the woman he allegedly punched rather than people uninvolved in the incident?
