For Valentine's Day, I had every intention of trying out some chocolate pancakes, but I forgot to pick up chocolate chips to create the sauce, so opted not to. Last minute (as in, as I was waiting for the griddle to heat up), I ran across a picture of pink heart pancakes and went with those instead. The girls loved them!
All I did was add pink food coloring. I spooned the batter into a squeeze bottle with the tip cut off to create a larger hole (I keep two of these arround for putting on icings, sauces, etc).
