i will be taking a little break from gather. not sure how long it will be. i will be around a little in between packing until feb 27 or 28.

i found out today that our rental application for a house we looked at the other day was accepted.  i am super exited, but we have to move in on the first of march. which is hard, but do-able.

right now we rent a very small 2 bedroom house for 625/mo. and the other day i saw an ad on craigslist for a 4bed/2bath home for 850/mo which is amazing!!!

we went to look at it. and it is huge!! and very nice!! so of course we turned in an application. we heard back today that we were approved. so i will be spending the majority of my time the next few days packing and moving.

i will be calling our internet company tomorrow to have them switch it over. but they tend to take thier sweet time on things so im not sure when i will be back online. but i will be back!!

 

well i have lots of work to do.....  anyone wanna come by with some boxes and help me pack??

I cannot imagine paying that much for rent. Move here..you can get a really nice big house for about $500/month.

Good luck with moving. We live in a tiny town where house prices are cheap. But about 10 miles away, a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house would definitely rent out for over $1000, unless it wasn't in good shape. Our house payment on our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house is just under $350, though. ;)
