Quick, Inappropriate Conversation.

It's nice to have certain friend who you can write out of the blue about anything:

D says: You can be overwhelmed and underwhelmed, but what about just being "whelmed"?

P says: lol

P says: we already use "idle" ?

P says: well, hmm.. that doesn't work

P says: steady

P says: but ya

D says: kinda strange

P says: "yes, my workload today is whelming"

D says: That should be a bumper sticker (or at least something written on someone's computer.)

P says: ya

D says: Maybe I should try to add that into the general section of our H&P. Instead of writing: Patient is pleasant lying down in bed, NAD (no acute distress), A/Ox4 (alert and oriented to person, place, time, situation)...I should write "Patient is whelmed."

P says: lol

D says: or just write it in chicken scratch on the actual note.

P says: there you go

D says: Most would just skip over it.

P says: ya haha

D says: and have no clue it was written.

D says: Too bad my handwriting isn't bad enough or else I could write all sorts of inappropriate things.

D says: Or even things like "The French really should have won the war..."

D says: Diagnosis: Pneumonia.

P says: LOLOLll

P says: "patient shows signs of turkey fever"

P says: so, i read Angela's Ashes...

P says: and they kept talking about the consumption

P says: im like, wtf?

D says: Patient has diarrhea. I suggest the amputation of the large toes bilaterally.

P says: ha

P says: ok dude

P says: im gonna go sort clotthes for donation

D says: sounds good, good to hear from you.
