No, of course you don't know everything there is to know. Even if you did know everything yesterday, which I doubt, there was a lot more knowledge uncovered today, which you haven't discovered yet.
So even though neither you, nor you, nor you know everything I'd be willing to bet that if we combined all of the knowledge of everyone in the world, from the greatest scientists in Switzerland to the humblest peasants in Peru we could compile just about everything there is to know. Furthermore I'd be willing to bet that the Peruvian peasant's list would be just as long, if not longer, than that of the Swiss scientist.
So, whether you are a peasant or a scientist here is what I am proposing for your further edification. List below, very briefly, a few things you know that you suspect very few other people know anything about. Please don't list anything you just think you know, but only things you know you know.
Then after you've done that, list a few things you would like to know but don't have a clue about. You can see the obvious benefits from completing this exercise. You will have had the great privelege of contributing knowledge to a vast proprtion of the human race. That should make you feel mighty proud, and rightly so. Conversely you will have benefited from the knowledge of others. And there's no telling where that could lead to in your life.
I will start the discussion off with something I know:
I know what the future is for Israel and the Palestinian territories that make up the former nation known as Palestine. Details of this knowledge can be found in one or more of my previous posts.
Now here is something I don't know that I'm hoping someone else does.
Just a few days ago a baby was born with 6 perfectly formed fingers on each hand, and 6 perfectly formed toes on each foot. Why is that?
O.K. friends, share your knowledge and your questions and let's get some intelligent exchange going.

Now, there's likely stock psychology answers to this which need to be considered however: There are moments when we meet another person, and almost immediately when are convinced that somehow we know each other, even though we never met before.
From above: Google is remarkable and truly a terrific step forward in the quest for knowledge. However, it is and will be incapable of documenting all human knowledge. I can think of dozens of items where the search engine will come up blank. Good post Thomas.
I wonder about sociopaths. People that genuinely have no conscience. Whether it is possible for them to pull on other resources to care about goodness. I know many live good lives simply because it gives them pleasure to have people look up to them but that is only on the outside, when people are looking. Psychiatric books say many live apparently normal lives but are driven and become successful business men and politicians because they are free to get ahead in ways most people wouldn't accept in their lives. Are they to blame? Well, of course we must hold them accountable anyway. I won't excuse them but I feel so sorry for them.
Ever read the book "Why Bad Things Happen to Good People?" I would like to know why good things happen to bad people (and I'm sure they do).
I am satisfied, that if we assembled all the knowledge that exists in the world today, it still would be far short of the potential knowledge that will exist in times to come.
