Our voice has been reduced to a tweet.
Have recently read an in depth article about Twitter. The so called voice of the world. It seems to suggest that our internet nation is amass in much to do about nothing.
Here is the link to this interesting article if you would care to survey it yourself - titled - Twitter Nation Has Arrived: How Scared Should We Be? by Alexander Zaitchik: "http://www.alternet.org/mediaculture/127623/twitter_nation_has_arrived%3A_how_scared_should_we_be/
To briefly summarize the whole concept of Twitter, it bemusedly suggests that 140 characters (which is a mere blurb or a tweet in the Twitter language) is moron-nizing our existence as human beings personally and socially - worldwide. Silencing the greater voices of talent and content with a deluge of never ending self indulgent narcissism.
Needless to say there are pros and cons to support or disclaim the rational or irrational thinking concerning Twitter and its growing member base with the average age of a Twitter being from 16-30. The final words of this article are not what I would have added to impart a lasting impression, but nevertheless, it will leave a lasting impression as another small tweet to and about our society.
That means you, that means me, that means all of us together. You be the judge.
