Uuugh... Sighs.... My Coke Reward Points Disappeared.....

Unfortunately, most contests will have fine print like this where your points are deleted after a certain period of time. Youi can try re-entering your codes, but that probably won't work.

They recently re-did the whole program

yeah, unfortunately if you don't log in and enter codes for 90days your points expire. They should have sent you an email reminder about it though when you got close to this date. They did for me at one point when I hadn't entered any codes for awhile and had just been saving them up.
Once they have expired and been deleted off your account I don't think there is any way to get them back

It sounds like the "new" Coke Rewards program is pretty crummy, now they limit a person to 120 pts. a week, there really isn't much good stuff on there to choose from. I have a ton of Coke caps just sitting here.....am debating about just trashing them all and closing our accounts.......it's really a waste of time.

I know it has been a rule since I first signed up a couple years ago, because I remember hubby signed up too, only because they were offering bonus points for signing up, then using some bonus codes and the bonus sign up points we redeemed his for a few 20oz pops and had only a couple points left which ended up expiring since we then just posted all the points to my account.

how can you save up for anything if they expire, that is just not fair

they only expire if you have not entered any code for 90days.

Ugh, bummer. You didn't get a warning notice? The one time I came close to losing my points, I got something like three emails in a row warning me they were about to expire.

I am sorry this happened to you but yes that has always been there policy . IF you do not enter codes for over 90 days they ones you had disappear. They will not let you have them back unfortunately. I also do not let my points sit. Once I hit 156 points I transfer them all to 500 Priority Points Rewards which is found under the travel rewards section of Coke Rewards or find Priority points by looking up point vales and use the number 156 then my 156 points becomes 500 Priority points and when my points are high over there at Priority Points I cash them out for GC's which are much better then the coke prizes.

I don't drink Coke, so I don't use the program anymore.
It used to be that you were able to save points up to a year before they expired.
Seems like a waste of time to me.

Sorry but it looks like April has a good method! I did the coke rewards years ago when they first started but now my husband nor I drink coke so we don't get the rewards. Best of luck in the future.

I think the Coke company is also being affected by the economy.

I think I'll just start contests here and trust Gather in my point savings. So far, I have had no problems with Gather.

I am still disappointed this happened to me, but I'm going on and putting my trust in Gather.

Yikes! I make sure I go on at least every couple of weeks &enter 1-2 codes. I don't get very many.

Wow, I didn't realize they expired either. Or at least not that quickly. I think I'm going to have to go spend my points before they go bye-bye.

Michelle, this happened to me once about a year ago. I sent them an email explaining the situation and requested my points back, they gave them back! Now, this was a year ago before they redid the program but its worth a try!

I have over 3000 points. If my points disappear I am going to come unglued at the hinges!

I am so sorry to hear that....

That's why I don't save Coke Rewards points anymore. I was so burnt up when I too was busy with kids, life, etc. and found that my 300+ points were gone. I never drank that much cold drink so it took me a couple years to collect those points. As irony would have it, right after I lost my points my mother-in-law moved in with us and we keep cases of Coke on hand now. :-(

Usually, I get an email in my personal inbox telling me that if I don't enter codes by a certain date, I will lose them! I'm surprised you didn't!!!

Use the "contact us" tag on the website if you act fast enough they may be able to replace your points. Remember this a public relationship program to promote folks to be loyal Cocaholics like my wife and her mom, between the two they can kill a 24 pk in 2 days. As Janie E. cokerewards have notified me twice that I needed to visit or loose it. I have a stack of points waiting to be put in. But the points do work I got a telescope for the grandkids and a bunch of music downloads for their IPODs this Christmas.

Yeah im very unhappy with the changes my coke rewards have made to its rewards programs. it stinks now!

I quit bothering with it since I often had problems with reading the codes and the slow navigation on the site. With this priority thing, think I'll gather up 10 or so and see what I can do.

This happened to me as well. I just contacted them and they put the points back on.

As for those who don't use their codes, feel free to send'em my way :) I'm a teacher and I use the points to get rewards for students. Thanks!
