Dude, it is not about the image. Image is "surface." What I don't like about their party runs WAY deeper than that. It is a rotting corpse.
I love it that Steele had to apologize while doing a quick backtrack from their real leader--Rush.

They don't get the concept that they can't get by on flag lapel pins and simplistic slogans anymore.
In my world, the EPA and FDA have records of protecting harm, never mind reducing it. People who agree about corruption need to start suing these guys with Gerry-Spence/Erin Brockavich type zeal. The MM is going down because they don't seem to get this yet. As of very recently, they are still firing whistle-blowers.
People who call themselves different things need to cross boundaries and fight with procotts, boycotts, all of it.
It's time to break up the crusty protection rackets that harm so many.
