I thought Anoop Desai did pretty well singing Angel of Mine. Not his best performance so far and I didn't think it was the best song choice for him. But, as Paula put it, people already like him and I think the judges are going to want him to make it into the next round. I don't think he'll win the audience vote tonight. I think will go to Danny Gokey (although I say that without watching him perform yet) but he is still in contention for the wild card slots.
Stevie Wright and Casey Carlson can say goodbye at this point. As if the vocals weren't bad enough, watching Casey try to rock out to Every Little Thing She Does is Magic by the Police brought on memories of Elaine Benis dancing on Seinfeld.
