This afternoon I went to Curves and worked out, and the first time around my heart rate was 113. That was 70%. The second time going around, my heart rate was 73, which was 20% lower. I would like to know what the reason for this could have been. I do know as well that I slowed way down, and that puzzles me as well. Could it have had anything to do with the weather, which was rainy and stormy today?
After I had worked out, I went over to my new friend's house, and we talked about a lot of things. She is very fearful of her health problems, and her health problems are very bad. When I got home to cook my supper, she called me and said that the person who was setting up her doctor's treatments wants to call me tomorrow. I will discuss this with her at that time.
Talk to y'all later.

Oh and weather has nothing to do with Heart rate unless you get anxiety attacks during weather changes. Glad to see you are keeping at it. Great Job!
Congrats on Random acts of kindness.
Other than that, I think it would be good to ask a doctor. This may be something to be concerned about, but it might not be.
They said I had just had a very slight heart attack. Ah well, so take care, I got a lot of horrible medicine to take-ick.
I was in a high rated hospital in Baltimore.

I don't know, honestly and the best person to ask is your Doctor, like many have said here. Congrats on what others have been congratulating you for, though I've no idea what it is, knowing you, it's a good thing!
Hugs,
Marilyn
