I have to admit, that this was great to keep a track of things I ate through the day. So here is my menu for healthy living journal, day 6.
For breakfast I had just one ceral bar from South beach living with glass of milk
For lunch I had one corn and two pieces of the chicken
I had a little bit more for dinner tonight as we had a company our. I made some pork tenderloin with potatoes, asparagus and salad. It was delicious and with all the vegatables we ate with it I think it was healthy too.
I have seen many people talking about being sick in January. I was sick as well and finally today being one week off of antibiotics, I felt like I can start to exercise a little bit, but I knew I have to start slowly. So I went walk for 20 minutes and felt very good. I cannot wait to add more and more exercise every day to feel fit again.
