Okay my friends, this is a great recipe. I just made it up, and had it this evening. It is easy, and so delicous. I thought I was eating whipped potatoes.
Take 1 fresh califlower and remove greens and quarter it. Put it into a large pot of boiling water. About 20 minutes later, see if it is very soft. If it is, remove and drain well. Put it into a blender until smooth. Add 1/3 c to 1/2 c of dry powdered milk. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tb. butter or margarine. 4 to 6 tb. of parmasian cheese. Mix it all in the blender until very smooth, and then serve.
You get a veggi in without the carbs of potatoes.
