Cake in a Cup!!

Buy an Angel's Food Cake mix & a Devil's Food Cake Mix & combine them in a bowl (or plastic bag to save for later...)

Take 1/3 cup cake mix (after they have been combined) and put into a little bowl.
Take 3 tsp water and put into the bowl of cake mix.
Stir until all mixed.

Take a mug and pour chocolate syrup (I did frosting the other day & it worked...) into the mug. Not a lot just what you want I guess.
I used frozen strawberries, but you can use what ever berries you want. Or even caramel sauce or what ever you want topped on your cake.

Then when you get your toppings into the cup pour the cake batter on top of that.

Put in the microwave for 1 minute. Take it out & flip the cup upside down onto a plate. or bowl ;o).

It's like a mini souffle! SO SO GOOD & easy!  No more having to make a whole cake to kick those sweet cravings!  You can just have one mini cake made in 1 min!! ;o)
