Vicky - ummm, I'm gonna say someone out there in YouTube land has a foot fetish.

And I think I'm going to pass on watching it again though perhaps you can take a cue from Janna and start a "Foot Shavings" group. Just think of the possibilities.

Isn't the application of a mini-rasp more effective if the skin has absorbed some water previous to the job?
