I was trying to eat healthy today, so here is my menu :
Breakfast: one cereals bar from South beach living
one glas of cranberry juice
Lunch: 2 cheese toast
Dinner: tilapia fish with steam brocoli
I had one scoop of ice cream for dessert. It seems like I haven't eat much today, but I was really busy and it seems like it the best way for me to stay away from snacks.
