I just read a post in the group incredible .... someone talked about strawberry jam ....

 

Now i am wondering do you guys know Rosehip - Jam????? And if so, do you like it?????

Rosehip - Jam is my favorite, i could eat it every day, but it is really hard to find in stores.

also there is a honey i really like - but kinda expensive - called 'manuka' honey - but u really have 2 b a big honey fan - and i only get once in a while

Love rose hips. I have mostly had rosehip tea ... or rosehips combined with something else tea.

Rose hips are the fruit of wild roses. They are about the size of a quarter and very very tart, but high in vitamin C.

Judging by the comments here, it would appear to be an unusual jam/jelly in the USA. Here in the UK, it is commonplace - available in most supermarkets!
