Uh-oh, eating sugar-free Atkins Advantage bars and Russell Stover candy together may not have been a good idea, at least not so much of it on Day 1. I did lose some water weight, actually at 150.5 today. It's not real weight-loss, but a change in number is encouraging.
Walked to the train station, early exercise is awesome, the walk got my blood pumping and started the day off on an energetic note.

Tofu snacks
Tuna sushi roll (Not Low-carb)
Bok choy lightly boiled, tossed with satay sauce + fish
