Today when I woke, I was thinking what I can make to do something for my health. And I decide that I am going to eat all day something healthy so I grabbed one of the cereals bars from Soutch beach living pack and had that with cup of milk for breakfast. For lunch I had some leftovers from yesterday roast beef with carrots and potatoes and for dinner I had some shrimps with herbs, garlic butter and spaggetti. All of it was delicious and I feel like I had eaten healthier today without giving up too much
