Yard Apes

I have a couple yard apes at my house. I know it is turning in to a little zoo around here. But I love them. The Yard Apes came in handy when it came to making fresh squeeze orange juice the other day. As they were able to reach the oranges I couldn't. Here's a picture of the first yard Ape I captured on film. She was pretty sneaky turning to avoid the camera. I was only able to get one shot:

Now the second yard Ape look a  bit older. I was able to get a couple pictures of him.

He even let me get a close up.

Like all Yard Apes that like to put on a show. This one was no different. He made me laugh so much that I was only able to get two more pictures. before the Yard Ape scampered off out of sight.

Just wondering if you have seen any Yard Apes in yard? If so, were you able to captured them on film? I heard theycan be pretty eclusive when they want to be.

Could they be some of the yard Apes that escaped from my compound? Used to be plenty of them out back...................all grown up now and starting their own compounds. They are much MISSED around here!

Yes, as a matter of fact, we had two yard apes outside today too. Ours had coats, hats and mittens on. I am jealous of the weather in the South.
