Chris Brown Text Message Ignites Fight with Rihanna

I believe that all of the crap we are hearing about Rihanna has been put out by Chris Brown's camp in an attempt to do some damage control. When do you think we will hear from Rihanna? I am a little surprised that we haven't heard anything yet.

I'm so far out of the loop when it comes to singers that have only been on the scene a few years....I once considered by myself "in the know." I still am if we are talking about pre-2005 or so.

Ashley, Chris Brown and Rihanna are both two very talented recording artists. It's such a controversy mainly because they had such clean cut images.

Does anyone have evidence that they even got into a fight? Or that Chris Brown hit her? I might just be living under a rock, and really not care at all about these 2, but I haven't seen anything. Just a bunch of rumors. I just can't imagine Chris Brown hitting anyone. He's kinda feminine. He's the kind of guy you would walk in on dressed in his mom's panties, applying lipstick to himself, and singing "i'm so pretty....oh so pretty...."

But, the Rihanna and Jay-Z thing occurred long before the Grammys. Jay-Z constantly got with female vocalists while working on their albums. Brown isn't the BOW (beat on women) type. If so, where's the track record before he hit the music business?

Also, how many booty messages does Rihanna receive? Come on! And, she's jealous over some aggressive groupie/fan? She knows that her man ain't ugly!

I think it's always a shame when violence is involved. No one should ever have to be a victim of any type of violence.

I have read numerous newspaper reports that Chris Brown turned himself in to the police, and is out on bail, so I think it seems likely that he did something.

What's so common, but so ironic, is that he has talked publicly about his step-father abusing his mother and how much it made him want to hurt (or kill) his step-father, then he turns around and does it himself. It's a vicious cycle.

i don't believe that part with the herpes at all. but Chris Brown is just sounding WORSE & WORSE from everything that i've read.. no matter what.. you should never ever hit a woman.

& then i read Chris Brown's sister is defending him.. saying he's a good boy.

Brown's sister - Lytrell Bundy, also known as Tootie - told TV's Exta, "He's always been a good boy — never violent."

How is her brother doing? "He's doing good. He's coping," says Chris' sister. "He's doing asÂ… as to be expected."

When asked about their upbringing, Tootie said, "It was a normal sister and brother relationship. Nothing different, nothing strange."

coping?? hahah.. what does he have to cope with?? gosh what an a** !!

If the herpes case is true I believe he acted like any male or female would. Its all crazy to me they should just leave it alone since Rihanna isn't saying anything about the situation.

Here is the deal: I happen to enjoy both artists and have repeatedly commented on the displayed humbleness of Breezy (Chris Brown). When I heard the story, I was so disappointed. The fact of the matter is that most everyone has a breaking point and/or a bad choice moment. After having been involved in a minor situation which turned major, I can attest to that fact. I feel bad for him because one very bad choicehas cost him a lot: his reputation, a seemingly reasonable romantic relationship, several endorsements, and respect. As for Rihanna, even though my feelings are that she provovked him and I would even go as far as to say she probably struck him first, I am sorry that she fell victim to such a crime. I do not think he should be jailed, but I do think he should be referred to mandatory anger management classes. Additionally, he should make a public apology once this dies down a little bit. Good talent has now been compromised for an unfortunate event. Let us not forget how young these two are. I hope that he learns from this experience and is afforded a second chance to reclaim his character. Before anyone goes judging, just watch the show "Snapped". It happens!

The way I see it is that she was at fault also I'm not saying that chris was right for what he did but why is it that he is getting the a** end of things. Noone really knows what happend that night it's all hear say from other people I will beleive things more once I hear them from chris and rihanna. till then we shouldn't judge him.

Ok...lets first start off by saying that of course no man nor woman has the right to put their hands on each other. Thats the first rule of the day. Second I guess Im peeved due to the communication factor of this subject. Im in shock that ppl like Oprah, Tyra, Jay Z etc. can comment on the subject with little or no remorse. The thing that I would have done personally would have been because these are such younger kids than them than comment would be to say *Lets get YOU ALL some help. Thats the thing with celebs these days they can talk the talk but when there is genuinely help that needs to be had where are they?? NO DAMN WHERE but running their mouth. I dont understand this because hmm...Bobby beat the hell outta Whitney where was the talk then. Tommy Lee beat the hell outta Pam Anderson, and this. Oh and you cant forget about the heffa and Dr. that has 14 kids living off of everyones tax money. Caue she felt she has a problem. Living in a 2 bedroom house, on welfare, no job and no dad for the kids. Think about it the world picks and chooses its battles which is so not cool. Even though yes Obama is president now is anyone still focusing on the war which he just sent somemore thousands of service men to Iraqi. I mean seriously some things are more important than this small matter here. If she feels that she wants to get back with him thats him and her business not Oprah or Tyra or hmm...Dr. Phil. Hey hes a shrink looks as if he would try to reach out to the younger brotha. My whole pt is that everyone comments but no one listens or attempts to help make a change its always ridicule. Maybe the man has a problem?? I mean we got kids shooting up lots of teachers and students but the riff raff is on them. How small minded. I dont understand! This is the world we live in.
