Here is some news I got from Montana's News Station. I have not seen anything in the Pain Stream Media about this. I wonder why.
The FBI is currently investigating 530 cases of Coporate Fraud.
38 of those cases are directly associated with the Wall Street rescue package passed last year.
The Director of the FBI John Pistole has briefed the Senate Judiciary Committee.
I think I agree with the Democrat proposal for more money to the Fraud Devision of the FBI.

No charges were filed. No one did jail time. Congress kept its political contributions from the crooks.
I assume you mean mainstream media. It's been all over the news. What, you think some little radio station in Montana broke the story all by themselves? They picked it up from the AP wire and ran it...like everyone else has been doing.

Last year...when Bush was still in charge and he released all of that money without requiring any accountability or oversight.
Just wanted to throw that in there.
Julie, I check MSNBC and others every day. I have seen articles about this only on two and one of those is a Law site I belong to. There may be some mention in the "back pages" but headlines seem to be scarce. At least the headlines I have read.
Also Oversight and accountability was included in that 300 B package, just not enforced and neglected. It is one thing to make a rule and another to implement one.
