The scale showed 154 this morning, there's def not a lot of weight gain over the past two years, just enough to make me track my intake again. I'm not doing strictly low-carb, only trying to be more aware of what I eat daily.
Breakfast: Two SoyJoy bars
Green tea
Lunch: Grilled chicken, cauliflowers, mango slices
Dinner: Fish, veggie stirfry
