How long could this possibly take???

I submitted content on Associated Content for the first time at the beginning of last week. Now, mind you, I'm a EXTREMELY impatient person when i'm anxious. Anyways, the content's status is "Submitted". Uh... ya?... and?.... how long does it usually take to get the content accepted? It took FOREVER to write so I would hope they would accept it... Does anyone know? I know some of ya'll use this site...

When they first started, it took only a couple of days. Once you publish three times, you don't have to wait for approval unless you are also looking for cash upfront as opposed to payment based on page views. I accidentally submitted an article for approval (ugh!) a couple of months ago and it took almost 2 weeks for them to get to review it. Hang in there :)
