I'm telling you, it will be a miracle if this cease-fire lasts. The Jerusalem Post reported February 9 that Israeli troops discovered "...an armed terrorist trying to cross the Gaza-Israel border late Sunday and opened fire, after which an explosive belt he was wearing detonated."
Those explosive belts are nasty things. I came across a few suicide bombers in Iraq that were wearing belts....the mess they make is unbelievable. Islamic Jihad claimed the guy killed by the Israelis was one of their fighters.
Additionally, rockets are still being fired at Israel and Israel is still retaliating. It won't take much for this to escalate into a full-blown war again.
"In related news, according to two "credible" Palestinian sources quoted by Al-Quds al-Arabi on Monday, Israel had agreed to free all Palestinian prisoners demanded by Hamas, apart from four, in exchange for captured IDF soldier Gilad Schalit."
This guy has been held for more than two years. I have serious doubts about whether he is even alive.

The Israelis should have stayed in pace a bit longer or maybe next time occupy and clean it all out. Maybe Fatah can follow behind (fat chance) and resecure behind them.
I think they should just go for it and not stop until Hamas is completely annihilated. That is the only thing that will stop this war once and for all. Hamas is cowards that hide behind innocent victims using them as a human shields.
Everytime Israel agrees to a cease fire that gives Hamas more time to beef up their weapons store and prepare for more assaults.
How much longer must Israel put up with this constant pressure from all sides?
If I were running Israel there would be no Gaza any more. Enough is Enough.
