i dont think you will loose what you have earned cuz of a upgrade. the upgrades from my uderstanding have to do with "groups" and easier posting. Dont think it has anything to do with points or earnings.

i busted out the calculator once. and no matter what you cash out for 10-25-50-100. the points add up to 1.6____ cents a peice. so if your worried about the points disapearing i would just cash em. i wait till the 25 mark.

I am buidling up my points. I have before as well. Gather is not going to diosappear. If you wish to hold out and build up points. Than do so.

I would cash out it seems to be taking a while for the gift cards and pay pal to process. I ordered a $ 50 paypal cash out On January 31st and have not got it yet. It usually only takes them a day or two. I have also heard people say that the gift cards are taking a lot more time then usual too. too.

Hmmm...some good advice and info here. I don't really need to cash out but was just worried about a possible glitch in the upgrade. I worked hard for those points. :) I'm sure it will be fine.

On your "My Gather" page, where your points are listed, the number of points is highlighted in blue. Click on that to get more info about the points. If someone else can offer an easier way to find info about points please feel free to step in.
