Some of you may have read my recent post about selling a couple of sites, well one of the guys has now asked me to build 2 a month specifically for him, and he has paid for the 1st two upfront.
Then someone else has asked me to come in and help run and expand their forum, for pay so I can't really say no.
I also have money coming on Wednesday for 3 more sites.
I was talking to my wife tonight and I want to pay off her medical bills as I know they worry her, but she wants me to use my money to pay off some of my bills and put some aside. We may split it down the middle and I will pay off some of each, which isn't as satisfying as clearing a bill off in my mind.
Maybe this is the year when my business will take off, I have put in the legwork and not always reaped the rewards, so maybe this is the year.
The bad thing we have had happen is that when we turned the sprinklers on we suddenly had a lake in our front yard!
When we had some drainage work done they broke two of our sprinkler pipes and I had to dig down and find them, clean them up and then tomorrow I will get the parts and cap them off. I think we may have to just give up on this old sprinkler system and make some other arrangements for this year and then maybe next year get it all redone.
Anyway that is pretty much my week and it is also part of why I haven't been on here much, it is 10pm on a saturday night and I am still working!

Good luck with the sprinklers.
I am happy that it seems like things are turning around. I would definately say to set some aside, so if you need to you can put some of it back into building your business, either having flyers done or advertising some other way.
