Breathing Space
I wrote this Poem for the children of Africa
Counterpart sensation
Breathe in a dialect of the ground
Exercise your emotions toward
The universe power to heal itself
A gracious mirage upon a crows
mounting an top of innocence expresions
Many walked a mile
Between the walls of Babel
They turn an face the sun
With is myth fire
But nothing compares
To the slashes of their tongues
Cut piece by piece,
Marching holding hands
By any means necessary
We will stand and rise against oppression,
The voice of our ancestors is creeping inside my soul
Dearly winds, please force
An avalanche of wisdom
To rush down their throat,
And just for a brief moment,
I dreamt of a unity country,
Not rule by man with fist ready
to harm thier own children
Standing at the end of journey
Full of fear they pray and ask heaven
To open up and hear their voices. .
Once men begin to remember
The time when they were children,
Only them
They will breathe again. . .
