When the boys and I returned from a trip to the playground, we found the mailbox filled up. As soon as I saw the package from Gather, I wondered how Gather always seemed to have the greatest timing.
The boys had been talking about getting a treat all the way home from the park, and even though we had just had lunch in the park, I knew that they had used all of that energy already by climbing, sliding and pushing limits.
I told them that they could open the package, as soon as they went to wash their hands, and sure enough this sent them off running to the bathrooms.
Together they opened the package, and there was a lot of screaming when they saw what was inside.
Roshane yelled out "COOKIES", and Sky repeated as he seems to be doing with everything his brother does these days.

They each got one package of Oreo Mini Cakesters, and I was able to get one pose from them before the packages were ripped open.

Roshane informed me with excitement that these were not cookies, but they were actually little cakes. In a matter of minutes, well it was probably less than a minute three mini cakesters had disappeared completely. I am telling you were was no signs of them other than an empty wrapper, and the boys quickly came for more.
The inside of these soft and chewy mini cakes were the creme, which always seem to be the favorite, and the only complaints the boys had that the mini cakesters were too small, and that there surely weren't enough in 100 calorie wrapper.
I was able to sneak away with one package of three mini oreo cakesters, and I will admit that they really are great, but I have to side with the boys that after eating three I still wanted more.
Did you try the oreo cakesters? What did you think?
Although we have tried Oreos before, we have never tried these cakesters, and I can say that they do not disappoint. It never seems to amaze me though, how many calories are actually in the Oreo products. The high amount of calories is actually one of the reasons why Oreos only find their way to our cabinets on special occasions.

the boys look way to excited about getting to eat those! LOL! I'm sure my kids will be the same way!
Thanks for sharing!
Glad you guys really seemed to be happy about them though.
Marianne, did you get HD cards? I am waiting on a HD card from last month.
Re: gift cards - I had to wait from Dec 31st to Feb 2 for my Target card. I don't know if it's taking longer since they are putting the gift cards in those Valentine's day musical cards or what.
I still need to write my review.
I'm getting ready to try them so I can post my review!
