Not that i've seen...i've looked at tons of different sites that have been promoting it and all the testimonies i've seen have been positive. I've also researched from the manufactures and they are supposed to put warnings if any side effects ever occure..and i haven't seen anything yet

Its a supplement...so it can be taken like a vitamin...one to two times daily.

I heard good things about Resveratrol. It was featured on 60 Minutes a couple of weeks ago. The medical community hasn't capitalized on it yet. It's sold as a supplement today but if medicine can put their spin on it, it could be the most prescribed "drug" ever.

I completely agree! What I love about it most though is that it is free from the drug companies...you never know what changes they'll make to it

Yeah, I've heard that resveratrol could be the next biggest thing. Although, I'm not sure if I'd call it a fad, but it seems to me that it's very effective!
