If I'm in the mood for something sweet I like vanilla yogurt and fruit, preferably strawberries, or bananas, but blueberries are great if they are in season. If I can I'll sprinkle with a little granola or Grape-Nuts if I have it.
Being a serious chocolate lover I discovered the 100 calorie chocolate pretzels are the best treat for craving chocolate.

Raw carrots were huge this last summer from the garden.
We ate ALOT of tomatoes, the kids ate them like apples as snacks.
Strawberries. Whole, chopped, with yogurt, in icecream (we buy really natural icecream because of a diabetic in the family) anytimg is great for strawberries.

We also eat just plain fresh fruit a lot, and fresh veggies with dip (usually lite ranch dressing).
Another favorite snack choice is cheese and multigrain crackers.
A small fat free yogurt usually has 80 calories, my cereal usually has between 100-120 calories per cup. Eating them this way is a lovely 200 calorie snack with the goodness of diary plus a tasty crunch! The cereal and the yogurt are also good sources of protein post workout.
