Toyota Sees Its First Annual Loss Since 1950

This is a real indication of where the economy is and how rapidly things have changed internationally. Toyota is the #1 car maker in the world and if they are losing money and can't rebound quickly, others will be struggling to do so.

I'm going to give you a link to the entire article because I don't want to mess it up. I think it's a great indicator of how serious things are not only for the U.S. but for people around the world.

However, I also believe that if the American people will get their priorities straight and start looking at things from a standpoint of taking care of themselves instead of looking to the government to do so, Americans can show what we are really made of and be an example to the rest of the world. But they have to stop living beyond their means and living off credit. That's just a path to disaster.

Wow. I hope they can rebound. I'd hate to see one of the BEST carmakers go down. I have a Toyota that has over 220K miles on it and still running pretty good! And I agree about living off of credit. We have way too much debt due to impossible circumstances, but we don't spend just for the sake of spending like so many.

The thing that makes me shake my head is how passionate people are about their candidate but they really don't understand how this Country is being run and by who exactly.
